Processing Time

Every Qurizen bracelet is handmade to order by Gab in Sydney — usually made the same day or next day. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be made, cleansed, and carefully packed before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing may extend to 3–4 business days. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • International Standard — 7–21 business days
  • International Express — 3–7 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank will apply their own conversion rate and may charge an international transaction fee — this is outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Qurizen is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email hello@qurizen.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please check your tracking number, allow an extra 2–3 business days, then contact us at hello@qurizen.com.au and we'll lodge an investigation on your behalf.

Every order is packed in our signature Qurizen grey gift box with a branded drawstring pouch. Each order also includes a surprise gift* from Gab. We want the unboxing to feel special.
