We want you to love your Qurizen piece. If something isn't right, please reach out โ we'll always do our best to make it right. ๐ค
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are always protected. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under ACL that cannot be excluded by law.
Because every piece is handmade to order, we are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the item is unused and in original packaging, we will consider an exchange at our discretion.
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This includes a replacement, store credit, or full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Please email hello@qurizen.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- Natural variations in stone colour, size, or markings โ these are not defects
- Minor variations between product photos and actual item due to screen colour differences
- Damage caused by improper care, water, perfume, chemicals, or sunlight
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Elastic stretch from repeated use (normal for stretch bracelets)
Email hello@qurizen.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged. We respond within 2 business days. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank. We'll email confirmation once processed.
